Where the work comes from.

Jackson Beatty was scouted into the USA Baseball National Team Development Program as a teenager. The program identifies the top high-school-age players in the country and puts them under the same training discipline the senior national team uses. It teaches something most people never learn at any age: how to repeat the right thing under pressure, every day, for years.

He runs DRS Automation Group with the same training mindset. Show up. Repeat the standard. Don't lower it for anyone.

The work is the proof. Everything else is a story told about it.

Jackson founded DRS in November 2025, after spending two years building automation systems for small businesses around Atlanta and noticing the same pattern repeat: operators knew artificial intelligence was going to change their business, but every agency they talked to was selling a generic chatbot or a productized SaaS that wasn't built for what they actually do.

So he built one for them. Then another. Then six more. Today, every system DRS ships runs in production for a paying client. No demos in slides. No pilots that never went live. The book of work is the firm.

WHAT HE STANDS FOR

Five principles. No exceptions.

PRINCIPLE 01

The work is the proof.

Every claim DRS makes can be pointed to a system running in production. Pitches don't earn trust. Shipped work does.

PRINCIPLE 02

Operators come first.

Artificial intelligence is plumbing for the people who actually run the business. If the operator can't use it, the system is wrong, regardless of how clever it looks under the hood.

PRINCIPLE 03

Small by design.

DRS will stay deliberately small. Bigger isn't better. Deeper is. We grow by going further with each client, not by adding more clients we can't serve.

PRINCIPLE 04

No middlemen.

Every engagement gets direct attention from the founder. No account managers. No junior consultants running the work. Hire DRS, get Jackson on the system.

PRINCIPLE 05

Build the standard you'd want.

If a system isn't good enough to run inside DRS, it doesn't get shipped to a client. The bar moves up, never down.

WHY HE BUILT IT

A reference firm for the operators who refuse generic.

CLIENTS LIVESIX SYSTEMS IN PRODUCTION

Jackson started DRS because every small-business owner he respected was being underserved by the artificial intelligence market. They were sold demos, given dashboards they didn't ask for, and stuck with platforms that didn't understand the way their business actually works.

The pest control operator can't use a generic voice agent because the customer asks about bait stations and the bot doesn't know what one is. The architectural designer can't use a generic content engine because the system doesn't understand the difference between Mediterranean revival and modern coastal. The independent car lot can't use a generic CRM because their workflow runs on text messages and walk-ins, not Salesforce stages.

Operators don't need more software. They need a system built for the way they actually work. That's the gap DRS fills.

The firm is structured to stay small enough that Jackson sits in the room with every client, and big enough that DRS ships at engineering precision. No middlemen. No bloat. No quarterly board pressure forcing engagements that shouldn't be taken.

The long-term goal is to become the reference firm operators turn to when they want artificial intelligence done right. The clients DRS serves today are the proof points for the firm it will be in a decade.

UNFAIR ADVANTAGES

Why DRS can do this and most firms can't.

ADVANTAGE 01

Operator-first technical depth.

Jackson writes code on every build. Not in a "the founder reviews PRs" way, but in a hands on every system that ships way. The result is that DRS engagements get the founder's architectural judgment on every commit, not just on the kickoff call.

ADVANTAGE 02

Family-built infrastructure.

DRS has direct access to enterprise-grade hardware through IO South, a family-owned IT firm. That means DRS's self-hosted infrastructure runs on equipment most agencies its size can't afford to rack, with the support of an operator who's been doing it for thirty years.

ADVANTAGE 03

National team discipline.

The USA Baseball National Team Development Program taught Jackson what most agency founders never learn: how to repeat a standard under pressure for years. Training carries directly into how DRS builds and delivers. The systems don't slip because the discipline doesn't slip.

ADVANTAGE 04

No venture capital. No quarterly pressure.

DRS is funded by the work, not by an investor's return horizon. Every dollar of growth comes from a client we earned. That means we never have to take an engagement we shouldn't, and we never have to compromise the work to hit a board's target.

ADVANTAGE 05

Already in production.

Voice agents answering inbound calls. Content engines publishing weekly. Chiefs of staff routing executive workflows. Auction agents evaluating live inventory. Six systems running in production across pest control, automotive, mentorship, field services, and design. The pattern is proven before the next client even hears the pitch.

ADVANTAGE 06

Productized verticals already shipped.

DRS runs two productized vertical operating systems alongside its custom engagements: PestPilot for pest control operators, LotPilot for independent auto dealers. Each is a real product with real customers, not a roadmap promise.

PROOF

Words from the operators who use the work.

"

Before DRS built Apto for us, evaluating an auction lot meant manually checking eBay, running the parts-out math, and gut-checking the bid number. Hours per lot. We'd miss good ones because there's only so much time in a week. Jackson's agent does all of that in minutes, with real eBay sold data behind every price, and sends the brief Wednesday morning. It's the difference between fishing and trawling.

THE ROADMAP

What he's building toward.

NOW

Build the reference book of work.

Six systems live in production. Every quarter DRS adds one more worth putting on the wall. The book is the firm.

CURRENT FOCUS
2026 · H2

Scale the productized verticals.

PestPilot grows into the operating system pest control owners default to. LotPilot lands its first dealership cohort. Each vertical becomes a real product with real pricing and real customers.

IN FLIGHT
2027

Launch the platform layer.

DRS ships the agent platform that other agencies build their niche systems on. The firm transitions from delivering custom artificial intelligence to powering the firms that deliver it.

SEQUENCED
2030

One million dollars in annual revenue.

By the year of Jackson's twenty-first birthday, DRS Automation Group is a real firm with a real annual revenue figure. Built without venture capital. Built without taking on the wrong engagements. Built by repeating the standard, every day, for years.

NORTH STAR
A DECADE OUT

The reference firm operators turn to.

When a small-business owner needs artificial intelligence built right, the name they ask for is DRS. That's the long game. Everything else is sequencing.

LONG HORIZON

Talk directly with the founder.

Every conversation starts with Jackson. No salespeople in the middle. If DRS is a fit, the next step is building something together. If not, the call leaves you with a clearer picture of where artificial intelligence belongs in your business.
