Every collaborator works directly with the founder and the leadership team, on scope, on standard.

The model is deliberate. We don't have a staff of 50 people sitting on a bench waiting for work. We have a small core and a deep extended network of people whose work we know, whose judgment we trust, and who we bring in when their specific discipline is the right fit.
