WINDOW TINT · CERAMIC COATING · PPF

The AI receptionist for tint shops.

Built for tint shops, ceramic coating studios and PPF installers. You are forty minutes into a rear window with a heat gun in your hand when the phone rings. That caller is not leaving a voicemail, they are calling the next studio on the list.

THE DRAG

The drag that costs studios bookings.

None of this is a people problem. A studio runs on one or two sets of hands, and both of them are supposed to be on film, not on a phone.

01

The phone rings mid-install

You cannot stop halfway through laying film. The call goes unanswered, the installer finishes the pane, and by the time anyone checks the phone the caller has booked with whoever picked up. Tint is a same-week decision, and the fastest answer wins it.

02

Quoting needs the car, not a guess

Two fronts on a sedan and a full coating on a neglected black truck are different conversations. Pricing by phone means twenty questions, and pricing blind means eating the difference. The photo answers everything, but only if somebody asks for one on the first contact.

03

Quotes go out and nothing comes back

You quote ten jobs a week and book four. The other six are not gone, they are comparing. Nobody in the studio has time to chase them on day three and day seven, so the quietest competitor with a follow-up system wins work you priced first.

WHAT WE BUILD

An AI receptionist built around the studio, not a script.

We do not sell you software. We build the system around how your studio already runs, then hand it over working.

01

A receptionist that answers while you lay film

It answers every call, in your studio's name, and collects what you would collect: the year, make and model, which windows or which package, the shade if the caller knows it, and when they want it done. It knows your films, your brands, your hours, and your state's legal limit.

02

Text a photo, get a quote

The caller texts a photo of the car. The system reads the vehicle and the job, and replies with a quote inside ranges you approved in writing. A quote in minutes instead of a phone tag chain, and you see every number before it becomes a habit.

03

Quotes that did not book, followed up

Day three, day seven, in your studio's voice, at intervals you approve. The six quotes a week that go quiet are the most expensive list in the building, and chasing them is exactly the work nobody has hands free to do.

04

Bookings that show up

Appointments get confirmation and reminder texts before the slot, because a no-show on a three-hour coating booking is a third of the day gone. Every call and quote lands as a text to you and a row in your system, not a sticky note on the counter.

THE RECEIPTS

Answering around the clock since May.

The receptionist we run for ProCare Pest Control, one of metro Atlanta's larger pest control operators, has answered every inbound call since May 2026, screens vendors and robocalls out, and books leads at 2am. A Georgia ceramic coating and tint studio chose this exact build in October, and a Texas auto glass shop is onboarding on the sister system now. The studio version carries the same spine with the photo quote on top. Read how the first one was built.

Auto repair and auto glass shops have their own version of this page: the AI receptionist for auto repair shops.

OPERATOR QUESTIONS

Common questions from studio owners.

What is an AI receptionist for a tint shop?
A phone answering system that picks up every call to the studio, in your name, and does what you would do if your hands were free: gets the year, make and model, which windows the caller wants done, the shade if they know it, and when they want it in. It writes all of that down and sends it to you as a text. It is built around your studio, your films and your prices, not a generic script.
Does it work for ceramic coating and PPF, not just tint?
Yes. Coating and film calls need different questions and it asks them: the vehicle, the condition of the paint, whether the car is new or needs correction first, which package the caller is looking at, and when they want it booked. A Georgia ceramic coating and tint studio chose this exact build in October.
Can it really quote from a photo?
That is the system we build for studios. The caller texts a photo of the car, the system reads the vehicle and what the job needs, and replies with a quote inside ranges you approved in writing. You see every quote it sends. If a job needs your eyes, it says so and books an in-person look instead of guessing.
What about legal tint limits?
It knows your state's limit and says so before you have to. A caller asking for a shade your state does not allow hears the legal option, not a lecture, and the job still books.
Will it sound like a robot to my customers?
It answers naturally, in conversation, and it does not read a script at people. It knows your studio well enough to answer real questions about it. Most callers do not ask whether it is a person, and it never claims to be one.
Can it book into my calendar?
If your booking system has a way in, we integrate and it books real slots. If it does not, it captures the job completely, offers your real availability, and hands you the booking rather than pretending to schedule something it cannot see. Either way the customer gets show-up reminders before the appointment.
What happens to quotes that never book?
They get followed up, automatically, at intervals you approve. A tint quote that did not book inside a week is not dead, it is shopping. The follow-up is polite, sounds like your shop, and stops the moment they book or say stop.
Does it answer after hours and on weekends?
Yes, that is most of the point. The receptionist we run for a metro Atlanta pest control operator has answered around the clock since May 2026 and books leads at 2am. A studio gets the same coverage: the Sunday night caller pricing a full front-end of PPF gets answered, captured and texted to you.
How long does it take to get running?
Roughly ten days from signature to answering the phone. Most of that is us learning your studio properly, because a receptionist built from your Google listing rather than from you is a demo, not a product.
What does it cost?
There is a one-time build and training fee, then a flat monthly. The monthly does not start until the phone is actually being answered. The receptionist is listed on our systems page, and we give you the exact number after we understand the studio, not before.

Want to walk your studio through the audit?

We take on a limited number of engagements. If an AI receptionist belongs in your studio, we will tell you the shape it should take and what it costs. If it does not, we will tell you that too. The receptionist is one of the systems on our systems page.
