Artificial intelligence for auto repair shops.

Your phone rings while both bays are full and your tech is under a car. That caller is not leaving a voicemail, they are calling the next shop on the list.

THE DRAG

The drag that costs repair shops work.

None of this is a people problem. A two bay shop does not have a spare person to sit by the phone, and it should not need one.

01

The phone rings while the bays are full

Your technician is under a car or out on a test drive. Nobody is free to pick up. The caller wanted a quote on a windshield or a brake job today, and by the time anyone rings back they have already booked somewhere else.

02

A quote takes three calls and whoever answers first wins

Pricing custom work needs the year, make, model, what is actually wrong, and the insurance situation. That takes days to assemble across missed calls. In a market where the fastest quote takes the job, slow pricing loses work you were going to win.

03

Declined work gets logged and never followed up

You inspect a car, recommend five things, the customer approves two. The other three get typed into the system and never spoken of again. That is a warm list with a documented need and a known price, and almost nobody works it.

WHAT WE BUILD

Artificial intelligence systems, built for the shop.

We do not sell you software. We build the system around how your shop already runs, then hand it over working.

01

A receptionist that answers when the bays are full

It answers every call, in your shop's name, and collects what a service advisor would collect: the year, make and model, what the car is doing, whether it is drivable, and whether insurance is involved. It knows your services, your hours, how far you will drive, and the jobs you turn away.

02

Declined work, followed up on its own

The brake job they put off. The fluid service they skipped. The system knows what was recommended and when, and reaches back out at the right interval. It is the highest value list in the shop and it is sitting in your software doing nothing.

03

Every call written down where you can see it

The caller, the vehicle, the job, the insurance situation, what they said and what happens next. It arrives as a text and in the system immediately, rather than on a sticky note on the counter.

04

Search and answer engine foundation

The driver with a cracked windshield asks Google or an artificial intelligence assistant before they ask a friend. We build the pages and the structured data that make your shop the answer they are given.

CASE STUDY · PROCARE PEST CONTROL

An artificial intelligence receptionist that has been answering since May.

ProCare Pest Control is one of metro Atlanta's larger pest control operators. Their phone rang around the clock and the calls that came in after hours went to voicemail, which is where they stayed. We built Maddie, an artificial intelligence receptionist that answers every inbound call, screens the vendors and robocalls out, captures new customers properly, and puts anyone who is already a customer straight through to a human. She has been answering their phone since May 2026 and books leads at 2am.

A repair shop runs the same shape of problem with a harder constraint. A pest control company has an office. A two bay shop has two technicians and a counter, so every minute the phone is unanswered is a minute nobody in the building could have answered it. The system that solves it is the same system.

OPERATOR QUESTIONS

Common questions from shop owners.

Will it sound like a robot to my customers?
It answers naturally, in conversation, and it does not read a script at people. It knows your shop well enough to answer real questions about it. Most callers do not ask whether it is a person, and it never claims to be one.
Will it quote a price I did not approve?
No. It only quotes inside ranges you set in writing, and if you would rather it never says a number at all, we build it that way. Nothing it says about price is something you have not signed off.
What happens when somebody calls about insurance?
It captures the carrier and the situation and follows the rule you give it. Some shops want that call transferred to a person every time. Some want the details taken and a callback promised. You decide, because a wrong answer about a claim is expensive.
Can it book into my shop software?
Sometimes, and it depends on what you run. If your system has a way in, we integrate. If it does not, it captures the job completely and hands it to you rather than pretending to schedule something it cannot see.
Does it replace my service advisor?
No, and we would not sell it that way. It takes the calls nobody was free to take. Your advisor keeps the work that needs judgement and stops losing the callers who rang while both bays were busy.
How long does it take to get running?
Roughly ten days from signature to answering the phone. Most of that is us learning your shop properly, because a receptionist built from your Google listing rather than from you is a demo, not a product.
What does it cost?
There is a one-time build and training fee, then a flat monthly. The monthly does not start until the phone is actually being answered. We will give you the number after we understand the shop, not before.

Want to walk your shop through the audit?

We take on a limited number of engagements. If artificial intelligence belongs in your shop, we will tell you the shape it should take. If it does not, we will tell you that too.
