How DRS built artificial intelligence for Eleven Twelve.

Eleven Twelve is a metro Atlanta IT services and network infrastructure firm run by Ryan Hensley. We built and deployed Phillip - Ryan's artificial intelligence chief-of-staff - operating across voice (phone +1 678-238-2453), email (Microsoft Graph integration), Telegram, and HTTP. Phillip handles time tracking, task capture, customer enrichment, live Ruckus network state, and outbound email composition. Live in production since June 2026.

How is this different from a generic artificial intelligence assistant like ChatGPT?
Generic assistants don't know your customers, your network, your billing, your tickets, or your team. Phillip is a custom agent built for one specific IT operation. It has direct integrations to the operator's actual systems and operates on real customer data with proper access controls.
What about data security and access control?
Every integration is recipient-locked, audit-logged, and scope-limited. Read access to operational surfaces (network, CRM) by default. Write access only to specific allow-listed actions (sending email to the owner's own inbox, creating tasks in the operator's project tool). No customer data leaves the operator's environment.
Can it handle network telemetry from Ruckus, Meraki, Ubiquiti, OvrC, etc?
Yes. We've built integrations against Ruckus One and OvrC for Eleven Twelve. Adding Meraki, Ubiquiti UISP, Pulseway, NinjaOne, or other read APIs is a few days of work each. The agent learns the operator's mental model - site IDs, customer mappings, alert priorities.
What does it run on?
Reasoning: Claude (Anthropic). Voice: Vapi. Email: Microsoft Graph or Google Workspace direct integration. Orchestration: Railway or self-hosted depending on the operator's preferences. Production stack used by Phillip serves a real MSP today.
How long until it's useful?
Phillip Phase 1 (voice + email + Telegram + customer enrichment + read-only network state) took roughly 3 weeks from scoped proposal to live in production. The agent's usefulness compounds with use - every customer interaction makes the next one faster.
