Artificial intelligence for insurance agencies.

Producers are paid to sell and spend the day being interrupted by service. The quote request that arrives at six in the evening is the one that pays.

THE DRAG

The drag that costs agencies premium.

An agency phone carries two completely different jobs on the same line, and the cheaper one keeps winning.

01

Service calls eat the hours selling needs

Certificate requests, ID cards, billing questions, address changes. Each is a few minutes and none of them is revenue, and together they take the working day off a producer.

02

Quote requests arrive after the office closes

Somebody shopping their policy is doing it in the evening, on their own time, and calling more than one agency. The one that answers is the one that quotes.

03

Nobody writes down who called

A missed quote call leaves no trace at all. There is no record it happened, so it never appears in a pipeline and nobody follows it up.

WHAT WE BUILD

Artificial intelligence systems, built for agencies.

Built around the split every agency lives with: keep the service noise off the producers, never lose a quote.

01

A receptionist that separates service from selling

It answers every call in the agency's name, works out whether this is an existing client with a service need or somebody shopping for cover, and routes each one the way you want it routed.

02

Quote intake collected properly, first time

Lines of business, current carrier, renewal date, contact details and whatever else your producers need to quote. A producer picks up a complete intake rather than a name and a number.

03

Existing clients straight to a human

Claims and anything sensitive go to a person immediately. That is a rule in the build, not a setting somebody has to remember.

04

Search and answer engine foundation

People shopping insurance increasingly ask an artificial intelligence assistant before they ask an agent. We build the structured content that puts your agency in that answer.

CASE STUDY · PROCARE PEST CONTROL

An artificial intelligence receptionist that has been answering since May.

ProCare Pest Control is one of metro Atlanta's larger pest control operators. Their phone rang around the clock and the calls that came in after hours went to voicemail, which is where they stayed. We built Maddie, an artificial intelligence receptionist that answers every inbound call 24/7, screens the vendors and robocalls out, captures new customers properly, and puts anyone who is already a customer straight through to a human. She has been answering their phone since May 2026 and books leads at 2am.

An agency phone and a pest control phone both carry two jobs at once: existing customers who need a person, and new business that needs capturing. Sorting those two apart reliably is the whole system.

OPERATOR QUESTIONS

Common questions from agency owners.

Will it handle claims calls?
No, deliberately. Claims go straight to a person, every time. Anything sensitive or emotional is routed to a human and that is set during the build, not left to chance.
Can it quote a policy?
It does not quote and it does not give prices. It collects everything a producer needs to quote, so the producer opens the call already holding a complete intake.
What about compliance?
It does not give advice, does not quote, and does not make representations about cover. It captures information and routes calls. Anything beyond that is a decision we make with you in writing before it goes live.
Does it work for a small agency?
That is usually where the difference is biggest, because a small agency has the fewest hours to give away and the least cover after five.
How long does it take?
Roughly ten days. Most of that is learning your carriers, your lines, how you want service and new business separated, and what the system must never say.
What does it cost?
A one-time build and training fee, then a flat monthly that starts when it starts answering. We quote once we understand the agency.

Want to walk your agency through the audit?

We take on a limited number of engagements. If artificial intelligence belongs in your business, we will tell you the shape it should take. If it does not, we will tell you that too.
